FAQ

I don't have a domain

First, you need a domain in order to host with us. You can get one at Namecheap.com for default tld's (com,net,org) and for PH domains go to Domains.ph. Contact us and we will help you obtain your own domain.

It would be better if you purchase your own domain rather than your hosting provider to prevent domain lock-in.

Uptime guarantee

We guarantee that your website will be online 99% of the time.
Exceptions might include:
1. Scheduled maintenance
2. Service suspensions for AUP violations, overdue invoices, etc.
3. DoS attacks
4. Any other errors on the client side

Managed Hosting

Managed hosting is the ideal solution for both non-technical and technically savvy people since we will take care of any technical tasks related to the server. In other words we are responsible for managing the server including system upgrades and custom configuration and your job is to do what you are supposed to do i.e. run your website or online business.

When purchasing a managed hosting we will manage the server and while you will have administrative access through a control panel to do whatever you want with your websites, we will make sure that it is available, has up-to-date system software, it is secured and has the available hardware resources to run according to the package specification.
